This open-air museum is home to an outstanding collection of historic buildings which house a variety of exhibits detailing life in Kent over the past 100 years. Visitors can explore a traditional Oast; a thatched barn and granary; original and reproduction hoppers' huts, fully furnished in period style; late-18th century Petts Farmhouse; an early-20th century Village Hall, recently reconstructed; wagon store which houses a transport collection; herb garden; 60-variety apple orchard; livestock center; craft workshops with live demonstrations, and more.
