Juno Beach is located on a barrier island along the Atlantic coastal ridge in Palm Beach County just north of West Palm Beach between Jupiter and Riviera Beach along Highway A1A. Juno Beach is part of the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, Florida metro area.
The town is located in an area with native civilization dating from 500 B.C. and European contact dating from sixteenth century A.D.
In 1953 the Town of Juno Beach was incorporated and residential development followed.
Today Juno Beach is a seaside community which is predominantly residential. Pristine oceanfront estates, condominiums and businesses provide an ideal setting for vacation or permanent residence.
From May to September each year, guides from the Marinelife Center of Juno Beach introduce newcomers to turtle watching as the sea turtles return laying their eggs, with 1000 nesting per mile.
