First Baptist Church believes in the Holy Scriptures, accepting fully the writings of the Old and New Testaments as the very Word of God, verbally inspired in all parts and therefore wholly without error as originally given of God, altogether sufficient in them as the only infallible and authoritative rule of faith and practice. Children's ministry, ladies ministry, men's club, and Sunday morning and evening services are offered.

Catfish Festival Crescent City FL April5-6 Since April 1978, the Rotary Club of Crescent City has held its annual 'Catfish Festival the first Saturday of April at Crescent City's Eva Lyon's Park. This massive volunteer effort has one significant purpose: raising money for college/vocational school scholarships for the high school children in our community.
