Offering 2-hr bus tours of Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Station that begin at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The Red Tour includes the Flight Crew Training Building with its Apollo 11 Moon Landing Show, Complex 39, and the space shuttle and Apollo launch sites. The Blue Tour visits Cape Canaveral Air Station and includes the Mercury and Gemini pads as well as the Air Force Space Museum. Depending on the operations in progress, other stops on the tours may include ICBM Row, Shepard Complex and the Atlas/Centaur Pad. Some portions of the tours may be off-limits during special operations. Tours depart daily every 15 minutes from 9:45am-2 hrs before dusk; closed Christmas Day and certain periods on launch days.
