Lake Park is located in Palm Beach County, east of Belle Glade between North Palm Beach and Riviera Beach along the Atlantic Coastline.

There is also a Lake Park, Georgia.

Lake Park is part of the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton, Florida metro area.

Town of Lake Park, was chartered as Kelsey City in 1923, and officially renamed as the Town of Lake Park in 1939.
