St. Luke's is a not-for-profit, non-denominational hospital located on Belfort Road near the intersection of I-95 and Butler Boulevard in
Jacksonville, Fla. Founded in 1873 by three local women, St. Luke's was Florida's first private hospital.
The present 289-bed facility was opened in December 1984. St. Luke's offers general acute care services and specializes in medical/surgical procedures. It is an affiliate of Mayo Clinic and is the admitting hospital for Mayo Clinic Jacksonville patients.
