Steve Shealy is the founder and guiding teacher of Flowing Dharma, a non profit corporation serving the Tampa Bay area. He has been practicing Vipassana meditation in the Theravadan tradition since 1990, attending silent retreats from three to 30 days in length with a variety of ordained and lay teachers around the country.
