Perry is located in
Taylor County (of which it is the county seat) southeast of
Tallahassee between Tallahassee and
Gainesville along US Highway 19 near the Econfina River and the
Gulf of Mexico. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 7,328, a n increase of 177 since 1990.
There is also a Perry, Georgia.
Hunting and fishing is plentiful through out the area.
