The Helen Stairs Theater is for performing arts. Built in 1923, it was an example of early twentieth century vaudeville theatre. There are several private dance and performing arts schools' annual recitals, classic musicals, opera, ballet and theatrical productions, to pageants and lectures, several performances, including free shows, each year for public and private school students. It is equipped with two bars. They offer 300 seats in the auditorium and up to 300 in the balcony. The upstairs lounge is a place for meeting and events.
