The non-profit Society of the Four Arts fosters an appreciation of art in the Palm Beach community by presenting noteworthy exhibitions, concerts, lectures, and films of cultural value. The lakeside complex features a gallery building, modernized to contain the Society's galleries and an auditorium which accommodates art exhibits and other presentations; Gallery open December through mid-April only. The original building on Four Arts Plaza now houses The Four Arts Library, containing over 40,000 books and periodicals. Lovely horticultural gardens adjoin the library and the Philip Hulitar Sculpture Garden, providing an artistic natural display.
The Four Arts Library, Gardens and the Philip Hulitar Sculpture Garden are open to the public year-round, free of charge during regular library hours. Free parking available. Call or e-mail for further information on events or hours of operation.
