Community Hospice provides care for people with life-limiting illnesses and support for those who love them. It has been part of the community for more than two decades, helping improve the quality of life for more than 650 adults and children every day. The core services focus on pain and symptom management for patients, and emotional and spiritual support for patients and their loved ones. Additional services include partnership with health care professionals and educational initiatives.
