Lauderdale Edelweiss Pastry is a German pastry shop and bakery. Their bread is made with natural sourdough, wholesome, healthy and delicious and made daily from scratch. They do not use fats, oils, sugar or preservatives. The grain breads contain only natural grain blends from Germany. A great variety of bread-rolls, original German pretzels, croissants and muffins are also available.
