Lockhart Elementary Magnet School of Visual Performing and Communication Arts is a new magnet school for the 2003-2004 school years. A new staff has been hired which specializes in an enriched curriculua emphasizing technology, multimedia, music, dance, performance, broadcasting and a variety of arts experiences. It has a very rich technology curriculum. Students and teachers have a choice of three different computer labs to use depending upon their curriculum needs.
