Napoleon Bonaparte was born in this house located in the heart of the Genoese part of the city on the 15th of August 1769. Now a museum, the house contains furniture belonging to the Bonaparte family dating from the end of the 18th century; memorabilia; portraits; weapons, and documents relating to Napoleon and his family.
