Chef Erick Vedel, born and raised in Arles, teaches hands-on classes on the essentials of the Provencale kitchen in his home in the heart of Provence. Four- to 6-day classes are offered, including visits to local culinary artisans and/or wineries and the local Arles market. Custom programs are available, as are programs for wine lovers.
