Situated in an 18th-century country house surrounded by vineyards and the hills of Gascony, the cooking school is located in the heart of Bas-Armagnac region, 1 hours from Bordeaux. One-week seminars are offered six times a year (maximum group size, 9), including hands-on instruction and group visits to the local market and ageing cellars.
