Ifalpes offers courses specifically designed for those interested in learning the French language based on active participation. To encourage students to speak French outside of class, the institute organizes cultural activities with various associations and provides the opportunity to meet with French students. Weekly, monthly or semester-long intensive programs are offered, including specialized programs and business classes, plus cultural, sports and leisure activities. Ifalpes offers two facilities, in Annecy and Chambery. The Institute in Annecy is located near the medieval town center, close to the lake.
