A private museum, located in the cellars of the Ribeauville Cave Vinicole, France's oldest cooperative wine cellar, the Alsatian Wine Museum outlines the wine-growing profession, from grafting young vine seedlings to bottling the wine -- including cultivation of the vine, grape harvesting, pressing and vinification. Panels in braille make the tour suitable for the blind.
