Roquefort-sur-Soulzon France

Located 21 km south of Millau, the small village of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon is devoted to one thing: cheese. The village features a museum which traces the history of the area and its product, and tours of the caves where the famous sheeps cheese is aged are offered by two of the manufacturers of the area: Societe (rue de la Creance; phone 33 5 65 58 58 58) and Papillon (rue de la Fontaine; phone 33 5 65 58 50 58).
