A Taste of Provence offers cooking programs in May, June, September and October that focus on market-based cooking and traditional dishes. Programs are limited to 6 guests per week and include accommodations, tuition, 5 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 5 dinners with all drinks and wines, local visits and a session at the Roger Verge cooking school in Mougins. Classes and accommodation are in a Provencal farmhouse high on the hills behind the Cote d'Azur, between Grasse and Vence, about 40 minutes from Nice.
