The Greater Lille Museum of Modern Art in Villeneuve d Ascq brings together over 500 works (painting, sculptures, graphic arts etc), including an exceptional collection of modern art made up of the 219 works of the Genevieve and Jean Masurel Bequest, a collection of contemporary art and a sculpture park. The museum regularly adds to its collections with acquisitions and loans of 20th century art and stages numerous activities and temporary exhibitions. Closed Tuesdays.
