Mill Museum

The oilseed mill of 1743 and the flour mill dating from 1776 can be found near the town park; they are an integral part of the history of Villeneuve d Ascq. The Mill Museum has displays and exhibits on the history and evolution of milling techniques, a large number of milling tools, wooden structural members and other artifacts from mills in the region. Closed on Sundays from mid-December to mid-January
