Wattrelos, within the Lille metropolitan area, lies on the border of Belgium and is situated 17 kms from Lille itself, 20 kms from Tournai and 20 kms from Courtrai. At the center of a major Auto Route network, it is an important crossing-point between France and Belgium leading to a wide variety of economic as well as cultural exchanges between the two.
