York House

York House is listed on the National Register of Historic places and is the oldest inn in Georgia to be in continuous operation since 1896. Nestled in the valley near the Appalachian trail it features unique and breathtaking views. Accommodations are provided in thirteen decorated guest quarters that are individually furnished. Each room has its own bath and an entrance opening onto wide-railed porches and breezeways. Breakfast is served with gourmet coffee. Activities include white-water rafting, horseback riding and skiing. Weddings, small meetings and family reunions can be accommodated.
