West Georgia Medical Center

Licensed for 276 beds, West Georgia Medical Center offers a continuum of care ranging from acute care services to diagnostics to outpatient services. This continuum includes services provided by the Georgia Heart Clinic and the Enoch Callaway Cancer Center.

Designated as a rural referral center, West Georgia Medical Center offers a host of inpatient and outpatient services including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), outpatient surgery, lithotripsy, bone densitometry, mammography, psychiatry and substance abuse services for both adults and adolescents, orthopedics, a 24-hour emergency room equipped with a new dedicated CT scanner, endoscopy and acute dialysis. In addition, the medical center's therapeutic services include physical therapy, speech therapy and audiology.
