Midway is located in
Liberty County in the
Coast Region of the state. Located on Hwy 17, just south of
Savannah; Sunbury State Historical Site and the Canoochee River are nearby. Midway is near Georgia's Atlantic seacoast.
Named for the Midway River in England.
