Comments: I wanted to make a correction to the person talking about the "Snow Leopard." FYI, he is not a Snow Leopard, but a Persian Leopard. Not even related. Wild Animal Safari is under new ownership and improving greatly.

Comments: Save your money and go see your neighbors chickens. It's pretty much the same, but with cross breed deer, goats, and types of exotic cattle. Please do not go here thinking it is a quality zoological facility. You will not learn anything. As I rode through the large enclosure, I noticed a lot of the species had interbread. Where species were seperated and a discription was given, I noticed many errors. In the worst case, I saw a concrete cage with big cat. The plaque only read "leopard" (panthera pardus). In fact the animal was a snow leopard (panthera uncia); a huge mistake, considering the latter is an endangered species! If you think ridin' around with Momma an em', in uncle Buck's ole 1986 Chevy Astro van, with black and white spray painted zebra stripes down the side, is cool, this place is for you. If not, try the GA Aquarium or the Columbia Zoo.

Comments: We visited the park while visiting my father who was stationed at Fort Benning, awaiting his tour in Iraq to begin. We had a BLAST. It was gave us wonderful memories to laugh about through the following year. We loved it so much we went again the next Christmas. We are definately planning another trip soon. Our words of advice: go the bathroom first(you don't want to wet yourself) take lots of pictures to blackmail your macho family members and buy a slobber rag! (yes, slobber rag)
