Comments: Mrs. Debra Freer came twice to our home to appraise its contents. Each time, she came over two hours late, did not call, did not apologize. Furthermore, she broke a very expensive object, did not offer to pay for it or give us a discount. We then waited 4 months to get the report. I called but Mrs. Freer never called back. I finally had to threaten with legal action to get the report! The report contains errors so I am not even sure if the appraisal is really a good one and we spent $3,319.00 for it.
