Little St. Simons Island is a privately owned barrier island along the Georgia coast. The island features pristine beaches, maritime forests, shimmering marshes, and tidal creeks. It provides a natural habitat for a diverse and abundant community of wildlife including alligators, fallow deer, dolphins, river otters, armadillos, and over 280 species of birds.

They offer fifteen guestrooms arranged in five charming cottages which date back to 1917. Docking facilities are provided. They serve regional cuisine with southern hospitality. Domestic beer and their house wines are complimentary. Liquor, premium beer, and wine are provided at an additional charge. All accommodations are non-smoking. Guests can enjoy hiking, boating, canoeing, bicycling, horseback riding through moss-draped maritime forests, or walk along seven miles of perfectly pristine deserted beach.
