Designed by Arnold Palmer, this course opens to spectacular ocean views. The fourth hole is right above the ocean on a black lava peninsula. The fifth hole requires a drive across an ocean inlet, a real incentive to make the green.
The 18 hole par 72 course opened in 1975. Resort guest may reserve tee time seven days in advance, non-guests four days in advance. Golfers enjoy whale watching and golfing at the same time.
