Makapuu Lighthouse Trail Hike

Take Kalanianaole Highway to Makapuu Head. Look for the NO VEHICLES ALLOWED sign on a gate to the right of the paved trail, just past Hawaii Kai Golf Course. Follow the abandoned road to the hike. Trail is not marked but it's fairly obvious. This hike is a moderate 1 mile (one way) hike with panoramic views and unique geography. Located near Sea Life Park.
