Naalehu

Naalehu is located in Hawaii County on the southeastern coast of the Hawaii the Big Island, between Pahala and Papa along Highway 11 near Honuapo, Waiohinu, and the Kau Forest Reserve.

Naalehu has the distinction of being the southern most city in the United States and also near “Ka-lae,” or South Point, which is the southern most point in the U.S., and is believed to be where the first Polynesians landed.
