Na Pali Coast of Kauai

Certain things in life are unforgettable. The Na Pali Coast is one of them. People who witness the 15 mile landmark are stunned by its majesty. There are `oohs and ahhs,` and for many, a spiritual silence. After a rain, the coastline is home to countless waterfalls that cascade down razor-sharp pali (cliffs).

This coastline has been home to `King Kong,` which was filmed here in 1976 and Jurrasic Park in 1993. The coastline is inaccessible by car. Try it by air or sea; or trek in by foot if you're an experienced hiker.
