The best waves on the south shore in Waikiki are in the summer. Snorkeling in Waikiki is so-so because of all the water activities in the area. Sans Souci Beach is the best spot since it still has some coral and reef fish. The best surfing breaks in the summer are at Waikiki Beaches and near Diamond Head. They also rent tennis racquets by the day or week.
