I am a 27 year resident on the island of Kauai, and a 17 year member of the Kauai Board of Realtors. Kauai Buyer's Broker is the first brokerage on Kauai to specialize in buyer agency. I am the first realtor on the island to receive the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation from the NAR (National Association of Realtors). Since I work exclusively as a buyer's broker, I have the time to find the right property for my buyers. There are none of the conflicts of interest that often occur when a buyer is working with an office that represents both seller and buyer. My years of experience here on Kauai have allowed me to establish good working relationships with county and state agencies, mortgage and title companies, contractors, landscapers and other professionals to assist my clients in all that real estate needs.
