This event pits pro and amateur triathletes and mountain bikers in an off-road, multi-sport event with a large pro purse. The race includes a 1.5 K swim at
Wailea beach, a 30 K mountain biking race on
Mt Haleakala and an 11 K off-road run.
The run starts in Makena and finishes at Aston Wailea Resort Luau Grounds.
