Big Island Beauty College, founded in 1998, has been named a Licensed Vendor for the State of Hawaii, providing vocational training on a case by case basis. Training is given on a cosmetology course, which includes haircutting, scalp and hair treatment, permanent waving-alkaline-acid, haircoloring and bleaching, manicuring and pedicuring, and facial and make-up, and aesthetics courses. Its mission is to prepare students to reach their fullest potential.
