Yokohama Bay

This beach is at the end of the road in the Waianae coast area of southwest Oahu Island. The beach is narrow and rocky in places, but it does not have the crowded conditions on weekends like some of the windward coast beaches.

It is on the end of the Farrington Hwy, about seven miles north of Makaha Beach Park. Facilities include showers and changing rooms. Swimming conditions are perfect in the summer months when the seas are calm.

Fishing from the rocks is another option, although it is easy to lose tackle on coral reefs.
