Marengo Memorial Hospital, located in Marengo, Iowa, is a 25-bed facility nestled in a rural area of Iowa close to the scenic Amana Colonies.

Marengo Memorial Hospital (MMH) is a municipal hospital established under the state memorial building laws in 1956. Between 1958 and 1976, several additions to the building were completed. On March 13, 2001 MMH was designated as a Critical Access Hospital. This designation allows MMH to receive cost-based reimbursement from Medicare for inpatient, outpatient and swing bed care.

Their facility has a 24-hour staffed emergency room, full lab and x-ray services including CT, respiratory therapy, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and 3 levels of care: acute, skilled, and extended care. Specialty clinics during the week include ENT, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Audiology. Mammography is offered bi-weekly. MRI is available on Friday afternoons.
