The Science Center of Iowa achieves its mission through its programs and exhibits and by working in cooperation with other groups and institutions, including museums, colleges and universities, industry, and those private and public agencies dedicated to the goal of improving scientific literacy. These groups include the Des Moines Art Center, Des Moines Botanical Center, Blank Park Zoo, Metro Arts Alliance, and the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau.
