Boise River

A fairly short river, the Boise begins as three forks in the mountains of Southwest Idaho, which join above the city of Boise and flow westwards, joining the Snake River near Parma. Dams have created two large lakes above the city of Boise, the Arrowrock Reservoir and Lucky Peak Lake.
