Cocolalla Winery makes traditional champagne by the "methode champenoise" and uses the old Silver Star Mine to age the bottles "sur lattes" for four years. They utilize a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay cuvee to produce 800 cases of Brut champagne annually.
At this time, Cocolalla does not have a facility to receive visitors.
