Driggs, on Hwy 33 near the Wyoming border in
Teton County, became famous for the fur trade rendezvous that were held here, with 200 mountain men and 170 lodges of Indians gathering to trade and celebrate.
In the Teton Valley, Driggs now calls itself "The Cultural Hub of the Universe."
