Kootenai County community, at one time the county seat, north of
Post Falls, and nestled on the edge of Rathdrum Prairie and surrounded by mountains. It is at the crossroads of Hwys 41 and 53, linking the Rathdrum area with northern Idaho and Eastern Washington.
