Beecher is located in northeastern Illnois in the southeastern portion of
Will County along Highway 1 about 25 miles southeast of
Joliet. It was founded in 1870 and today has a population of about 2,200. Although the town is in a rural setting, it is only about 30 minutes south of the
Chicago metro area.
