R.C.Mulligan's serves Irish American food. Lunch menu features Irish nachos, cream of broccoli, Caesar’s salad, shrimp salad, Mulligan burger, fried chicken sandwich, omelet, and grilled beef kabob. Dinner specials include corned beef and cabbage, Mulligan Stew and Gaelic Steak. Grilled cheese, corn dog, and chicken fingers are included in the junior menu. Corbett Canyon, Fortant White Merlot, Grant Burge Shiraz, and St. Regis Chardonnay are the wine specials. Banquet facility is also available in Yacht room, seating a maximum of 65 guests.
