East Dubuque is located in northwest Illinois in
Jo Daviess County just east of
Dubuque, IA, along U.S. Highway 20 on the banks of the
Mississippi River. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,646, a decrease of 268 since 1990.
Area recreation includes day-trips to Gramercy Park.
