Chicagoland Home and Building Inspectors have at least ten years experience in the construction trade and are required to attend over one hundred hours of training before they are allowed in the field. They must also become a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Chicagoland also has inspectors who specialize in EIFS, arson investigation, fire prevention, lead based paint, radon, FHA and VA certification, new construction, and vintage homes.
