Richard J. Daley College

Richard J. Daley College is located in Chicago, Cook County, IL, and has an enrollment of about 8,800.

Founded in 1960 and known as William J. Bogan Junior College, Daley College took its present name in 1977 in honor of the legendary former mayor.

The facility is equipped with a 60,000 volume library and laboratories for accounting, chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, languages, microcomputer programming, electronics and word processing.

The College is part of the seven-member "City Colleges of Chicago" system that includes Kennedy-King College, Malcolm X College, Olive-Harvey College, Harry S Truman College, Harold Washington College and Wilbur Wright College.
