Costa's Greek Dining and Bar serves hot and cold appetizers such as pikilia kria, saganaki; soups and salads such as avgolemono, tomato salad; and entrees like zimarika, and sharas. Their daily special menus may include such creations as fresh marinated beets with garlic sauce, sauteed pork tenderloin, and vegetable briami. Pastichio, satyricon, and roast leg of lamb are the Greek specialties.
